• Job Title: Enrolled Nurse
• Location: Regional Victoria (near Sale)
• Facility: Correctional Healthcare Facility

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care in a dynamic clinical environment
• Assist with emergency response and nurse‑led clinics
• Participate in health promotion and patient education
• Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate clinical records
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams
• Dispense prescription and non‑prescription medications
• Help maintain a respectful and culturally aware therapeutic environment

Key Skills / Qualifications Required

• Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional nursing competence and sound clinical judgement
• Empathy, cultural awareness, and resilience
• Ability to work effectively in a secure and sometimes confronting environment
• Commitment to high‑quality care and continuous improvement

Salary & Bonus Benefits

• Full‑time: $77,734.39 – $79,817.62 p.a.
• Part‑Time: $37.37 – $38.37 per hour
• Casual: $46.72 – $47.97 per hour
• (Exclusive of shift loadings, penalties, and allowances. Salary based on experience under the applicable Enterprise Agreement.)
